2019 Innovation Award Winner from Music Academy Of The West, KONSTANTIN SOUKHOVETSKI has a singular artistic voice that communicates with and engages audiences the world over. Konstantin’s creative output continuously innovates, frequently involving multidisciplinary projects with dance and film.

In 2020, Konstantin joined the adjunct faculty of his alma mater The Juilliard School, where he received his B.M., M.M., and A.D. with Jerome Lowenthal. In 2022, Konstantin was named Director of Pedagogy and Narrative Musicianship at Bronx School For Music.

This season, Konstantin’s performances include return to NYC’s Lincoln Center’s Alice Tully Hall with Pegasus: The Orchestra, and Brooklyn Chamber Orchestra. Konstantin tours nationally appearing at Conrad Theater in La Jolla, California, and internationally appearing at San Sebástian's Victoria-Eugenia Theater and Centro Cívico Arrecife in Spain and the Canary Islands. 

This season, Konstantin is thrilled to premiere his original composition “The Pride Suite” for solo piano, commissioned by ProtoStar Group. It will be published by Spain’s OE Oficina in 2023 and recorded in 2024. This seasons Konstantin collaborates on a performance art piece with SiteSpecific Dances, and MorDance, premiering P. Nazaykinskaya’s “Emily”. 

As a librettist, Konstantin is working on two operas: “Tear Down This Wall” for Mississippi Opera, and “Her New Home” for Garth Newel Music Center. 

Summer 2023 will take Konstantin to five festivals: Odyssiad, Colorado; PianoFête, Washington; International Composer’s Symposium in Del Mar, California; and The Rising Stars Piano Camp in Lenox, Massachusetts. 2023 marks Konstantin’s 13th year as artist-in-residence at Pianofest In The Hamptons. Konstantin is a recipient of more than 17 international awards.
